TLC Health Clubs is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Club All Rounder to join our team in Wallington on a part-time basis.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll spend time engaging with members on the gym floor, supporting club operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, and assisting members to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. If you enjoy variety, building relationships and delivering great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

As a Club All Rounder, you’ll be a key member of our Health Club team, ensuring members receive exceptional service and support every time they visit. You’ll help create a positive club atmosphere, promote memberships and personal training services, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and visitors
  • Build positive relationships and create a welcoming club environment
  • Support members on the gym floor with exercise guidance and equipment use
  • Promote memberships, personal training services and club programs
  • Assist with personal training sessions where required
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and safety of the Health Club
  • Complete daily operational tasks and club administration
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture

You are energetic, approachable and passionate about health and wellbeing. You enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to providing outstanding service.

You Will Bring

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence working with a diverse range of people
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer literacy

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
  • Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • Police Clearance
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
