Application Deadline: 16 September 2026

Department: Front of House

Location: Skibo Castle, Highland

Description

At Skibo, great hospitality is about more than what happens in front of the guest. It's about knowing the details, staying organised and making sure every part of a member's stay comes together seamlessly.

As a Club Concierge, you'll be one of the key points of contact for our members and guests, combining warm, personal hospitality with strong organisation and Front Office administration.

You'll build relationships with members, understand their preferences, help arrange their experiences and be there to make their stay as seamless as possible.

About The Role

Your role will include:

  • Welcoming members and guests and creating a warm, personal arrival experience.
  • Managing check-in and check-out, luggage and guest movements.
  • Coordinating requests including transport, dining, golf, spa, estate activities and bespoke itineraries.
  • Developing strong knowledge of Skibo Castle, the Estate and Club experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate guest profiles, preferences, correspondence and operational information in Jonas.
  • Preparing daily Front Office documentation, reports, spreadsheets and guest information.
  • Monitoring guest accounts and supporting billing, payments and financial administration.
  • Coordinating guest itineraries and communicating updates across departments.
  • Working closely with Housekeeping, Activities, Food & Beverage, Reservations and other teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Taking ownership of requests and finding practical solutions when things don't go to plan.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
