Description
At Skibo, great hospitality is about more than what happens in front of the guest. It's about knowing the details, staying organised and making sure every part of a member's stay comes together seamlessly.
As a Club Concierge, you'll be one of the key points of contact for our members and guests, combining warm, personal hospitality with strong organisation and Front Office administration.
You'll build relationships with members, understand their preferences, help arrange their experiences and be there to make their stay as seamless as possible.
About The Role
Your role will include:
- Welcoming members and guests and creating a warm, personal arrival experience.
- Managing check-in and check-out, luggage and guest movements.
- Coordinating requests including transport, dining, golf, spa, estate activities and bespoke itineraries.
- Developing strong knowledge of Skibo Castle, the Estate and Club experiences.
- Maintaining accurate guest profiles, preferences, correspondence and operational information in Jonas.
- Preparing daily Front Office documentation, reports, spreadsheets and guest information.
- Monitoring guest accounts and supporting billing, payments and financial administration.
- Coordinating guest itineraries and communicating updates across departments.
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Activities, Food & Beverage, Reservations and other teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Taking ownership of requests and finding practical solutions when things don't go to plan.

About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys people, organisation and problem-solving.
You may have experience in Front Office, concierge, hospitality, events, tourism or another customer-facing environment. Luxury or private members' club experience is beneficial, but it's not essential.
You'll be:
- Warm, confident and professional.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator and team player.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Confident managing administration, information and accounts.
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise.
- Proactive, dependable and willing to use your initiative.
