Description
At the heart of the member experience at Skibo is our Front of House team. Known for their warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service, this team plays a vital role in creating the magic our members return for time and again. As a Club Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of the castle - building relationships, anticipating needs, and helping create moments that stay with our guests forever.
About The Role
As Club Concierge in our Front of House team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
- Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
- Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations.
- Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements.
- Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.

About You
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a concierge, front of house, or guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members’ club environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability.
- Confidence in managing check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently.
