Club Manager - UK, Marlow

40 hours | UK, Marlow | Salary: ca. £45.000 per year depending on experience

For 15 years, TrainMore has been the gym people in the Netherlands actually choose to go to. With over 50 clubs across Holland, we’ve spent a decade and a half getting this right — and we’re not shy about what makes us different.

We’ve built a gym culture where showing up feels good, every time. Where the energy on the floor does half the work, and the people around you do the rest. UK, we’ve been looking at you for a while. We think you’re ready for more.

As Club Manager at TrainMore, you’re the heartbeat of the club. You lead with energy, inspire your team to perform at their best, and take ownership of your club’s results. You’re responsible for creating a high-performance culture where service, sales and team development come together.

You don’t just talk the talk — you walk it. You know what great hospitality looks like, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You’re sales-driven, member-focused, and you love seeing your club grow. Ready to lead your own club? Apply — we’d love to meet you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
