Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About the Club

This is a premium strength, recovery and functional training concept, based just steps from Wimbledon station in a busy, affluent commuter area. There's no traditional class timetable here; think Hyrox-style sessions, 30-minute HIIT classes, weights and glute-focused sessions, and a strong community element including outdoor run clubs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You could already be a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager with a strong fitness background, ready for your first Club Manager role or an experienced Club Manager drawn to a genuinely different, community-led concept. A PT Level 3 qualification is the minimum expected, with other specialisms a bonus. You'll be detail-oriented and steady, comfortable being given clear direction and running with it, and a natural people person who genuinely cares about members and team personality and attitude matter here more than a manager title on your CV. You should also be confident representing the club locally, including community events, business partnerships and speaking on camera for social content.
