Fulham Football Club Photographer
Fulham Football Club is looking for a Club Photographer to support all club departments with photography and content.
This role will offer full-time support to the content and marketing teams as well as the broader organisation, delivering high-quality photography across men’s and women’s first teams, Academy, marketing and fan engagement events, as well as commercial activities. The successful will be responsible for expressing the Club’s brand and narrative through visual documentation.
The Club Photographer will be responsible for the preparation of shoots – including logistics concerning staging, subjects and location scouting – as well as editing and retouching of imagery, and management of assets. Where necessary, the role will also lead on liaison with outsourced agencies for additional photographic support. The following is a non-exhaustive list of the responsibilities of the role:

- Cover select Men’s, Women’s, and academy training sessions and matches
- Working predominantly with the Communications and Marketing departments on photo requirements.
- Possess essential photographic equipment
- Ensuring photos meet the Club’s brief in terms of images captured, tone and brand style.
- Working matchdays across all teams
- Liaising with other departments across the Club regularly on their requirements
- Proactively contributing to editorial and content planning meetings
- Preparing for shoots and developing comprehensive briefs
- Edit and grade imagery as appropriate, at times needs to work under tight turnarounds
- Management of photography – in-house or external – to ensure imagery is catalogued and readily accessible for departments and players
This role requires a commitment to working flexibility in line with the football calendar – i.e. matches on Saturday, Sunday, midweek evenings & various club events throughout the season. This role will also require a level of independent working at times. The Club Photographer must:
