About PlayMoreGolf
PlayMoreGolf is the UK's leading flexible golf membership platform, helping golf clubs generate additional revenue, improve utilisation and attract more golfers into the game.
Working with over 170 partner clubs across the UK, we provide innovative membership solutions that help clubs grow sustainably without compromising the value of traditional membership.
As we continue to expand our network, we are looking for a commercially minded Club Sales & Development Manager to drive growth across the South of England.
Before You Apply
This is not a traditional account management role and it is not a role for someone looking to move into sales for the first time.
We are specifically looking for experienced consultative sales professionals with a proven track record of building, managing and converting their own sales pipelines.
You should be comfortable:
- Prospecting from scratch
- Creating opportunities where none currently exist
- Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Selling through longer decision-making cycles
- Working with committees, boards, owners, and senior stakeholders
- Structuring and prioritising a territory
If your experience is primarily account management, customer success, operations, or relationship management without responsibility for generating new business, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
