About SailGP

The Rolex SailGP Championship is the most exciting racing on water, where anything can happen in short, adrenaline-fueled battles between national teams at iconic stadium destinations worldwide. Top athletes fly in identical high-tech F50 catamarans faster than the wind, at speeds in excess of 100km/h (60mph). Founded in 2018, SailGP is one of the world’s fastest-growing sports and entertainment properties, now in its sixth season.

SailGP also races for a better future, championing a world powered by nature. Underpinning the organisation’s purpose-driven agenda is a diversification of the league, with the goal of immediately progressing gender equity and inclusivity.

SailGP is a global organisation with defined values that shape the culture of its team – Deliver Quality and Consistency; Evolve with Focus; Make it Count; Stand Together and Strike a Balance.

Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Clubs & Community Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage our global sailing club database, coordinate regular communications, and support outreach efforts to strengthen relationships with both new and existing sailing clubs, community groups & more.

Additionally, you will oversee Event Community coordinators and the Hype Crew, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining key trackers to keep tasks and communications on track. When an event lacks local resources, you will take the lead in activating on the ground. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in SailGP’s commercial and community engagement efforts while driving the growth of our global sailing community.

Key Responsibilities

Sailing Club Database and Communications Management

  • Database Management & Growth: Take ownership of the global sailing club database and develop it. Ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and effectively segmented for communications. The goal is to grow awareness of SailGP as a global sailing league and in turn drive ticket sales through targeted outreach and incentive programs.
  • Global Outreach: Work closely with sailing clubs and community groups around the world to facilitate communications, information sharing, and event promotion, encouraging engagement and attendance at SailGP events.
  • Content Creation & Distribution: Develop and send regular communications, updates, and newsletters to sailing clubs globally, ensuring messaging is aligned with SailGP’s brand voice, values, and ticketing strategies.
  • Fan Engagement: Work with a wider fan engagement team to distribute fan engagement content that has a level of personalisation for communities. Additionally, support the awareness of SailGP+.
  • Monday.com management: All SailGP community activity will be channeled through a CRM platform.
  • Global community calendar management: Ensure that key milestones are communicated with each event market.
  • Budgeting: Support and manage the community engagement budget in each market, with a lens on utilising spend based on forecasted ticket sales.
  • Schools & Universities: Support the integration of the Next Gen Challenge into the community clusters and engage university groups in each market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
