Role Description
The Cluster Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across a cluster of Kula apartments, ensuring that guests experience consistent, high-quality service. Typical activities include:

- Managing reservations and occupancy data
- Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules
- Communicating with on-the-ground teams to resolve issues quickly
- Supporting guest communication

This role works closely with management to provide accurate reporting, implement process improvements, and uphold Kula’s brand standards in every property.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or serviced apartments operations, ideally coordinating multiple locations or units.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle scheduling, task prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, internal teams, and external partners in a professional, service-oriented manner.
- Comfort with digital tools and systems, including booking platforms, property management software, spreadsheets, and messaging applications.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on maintaining consistent quality and safety standards across properties.
- Ability to work on-site across the London area as needed, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on operational requirements.
- Previous experience in customer service or front-of-house roles is beneficial; knowledge of the local London market and neighborhoods is a plus.
- Relevant education in hospitality, business, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
