About The Role
This permanent Cluster Director of Sales role, based in Warwickshire, oversees commercial strategy across two hotels. Reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with Revenue Management, the post-holder develops sales plans, pursues new business, nurtures key client relationships and drives revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Cluster Director of Sales
- Develop and implement the hotel's sales and business development strategy.
- Drive business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, agencies, and local partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to deliver revenue growth.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior hotel sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge.
- Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales platforms.
