The Role
As The Cluster Facilities Manager, You’ll
- Manage building services, ensuring high standards of décor and housekeeping across multiple sites.
- Oversee health, safety, and compliance within your buildings.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on energy saving and smart technology.
- Handle financial management of services to ensure budget compliance.

You
To be successful in the role of Cluster Facilities Manager, you’ll bring:
- Proven multi-site management experience.
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH and FM industry certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong people skills and a proactive, energetic approach.
- A passion for customer service and facility excellence.
