Cluster Financial Controller – Luxury Hotel Group
Central London | Hybrid Working | Luxury Hotel Portfolio
Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 DOE
JWR is delighted to be recruiting a Cluster Financial Controller for a prestigious and growing luxury hotel group with an impressive portfolio of properties across London and the UK. This is a senior, commercially focused finance position within a well-established, privately owned hospitality business currently undergoing significant investment and growth. The portfolio includes several high-profile luxury hotels, with further development and substantial capital investment planned.
The Role
Reporting to the senior finance leadership team, the Cluster Financial Controller will take responsibility for financial performance across the hotel portfolio, partnering closely with General Managers and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving financial and commercial performance across multiple hotels
- Business partnering with General Managers and senior operational teams
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial planning
- Overseeing management accounts, KPIs and senior management reporting
- Supporting CAPEX projects, investment appraisals and business cases
- Maintaining robust financial controls, governance and compliance
- Working with both directly operated and internationally branded hotels
- Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary hotel finance team
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance
The Candidate
We are seeking an accomplished hotel finance professional who combines strong financial control with genuine commercial awareness.

Ideally you will have:
- Senior finance experience within the hotel or hospitality sector
- Multi-property, cluster or group hotel experience
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering skills
- Experience working closely with Hotel General Managers
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial control expertise
- A hands-on and commercially focused leadership style
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded hotel business at an exciting stage of growth, with significant investment planned across its luxury portfolio.
Location: Central London with occasional travel to hotels
Working pattern: Hybrid working, with approximately 2 days per week working from home and the remainder primarily in Central London.
