Company Description

Lead a Diverse Hotel Cluster at One of the UK's Busiest Airports.

Located at one of the UK's busiest international travel hubs, the cluster comprises Novotel Birmingham Airport, ibis Birmingham Airport, and ibis Budget Birmingham Airport, offering guests a combined portfolio of full-service, economy, and budget accommodation across more than 450 guest rooms.

Together, these three hotels create an exciting and diverse hospitality operation, offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hotel leader to drive commercial success, operational excellence, and team engagement across multiple market segments.

Job Description

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide strategic leadership across all three hotels, ensuring alignment with brand, owner, and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance and maximize the cluster's potential.
  • Balance commercial priorities with a people-first approach to deliver lasting success across this dynamic multi-brand cluster.
  • Build, coach, and develop a talented and engaged leadership team.
  • Develop strong relationships with owners, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a midscale hotel, with a proven understanding of revenue management, driving total hotel profitability through effective optimization of Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue streams.
  • Experience managing complex hotel operations within a branded hospitality environment.
  • You thrive in a multi-site environment and enjoy balancing the needs of different brands and teams.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
