Hey Sunshine,
You think travelling is more than just the next summer holiday, but the feeling of being at home anywhere in the world? That your workplace should be a place with personality and soul, where new ideas come to life? Then you are the missing olive in our Martini, the missing melody in our music and the heartbeat of our Ruby Hotels in Northern Europe.
About the Role
As Cluster Hotel Manager (all genders) for Northern Europe, you are the connecting force between our hotels across the region – Ruby Lucy, Ruby Zoe and Ruby Stella in London, Ruby Molly in Dublin, and Ruby Frida in Stockholm. At your home base, you lead one of our hotels as a true host, shaping the local spirit and making sure everything runs smoothly. At the same time, you keep an eye on the bigger picture, regularly visiting the other hotels to ensure they all perform strongly, operate seamlessly, and stay true to the Ruby way. You combine strategic thinking with a genuine passion for hospitality and love not only managing hotels but continuously developing them and taking them to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for Ruby Zoe in London – for your team, our guests, and external service providers and partners alike.
- Represent Ruby Zoe as well as Ruby Lucy, Ruby Stella, Ruby Molly and Ruby Frida, working closely with the Hotel Managers across your cluster and staying connected with the teams on site.
- Build high-performing teams by recruiting, onboarding and developing your people at Ruby Zoe while fostering a positive, collaborative culture across the entire cluster.
- Lead by example – you're not just managing from the sidelines, you're part of the team and always ready to roll up your sleeves. 😉
- Keep a close eye on the numbers, ensuring budgets are met, forecasts are on point and costs stay under control across your cluster.
- Spot opportunities before others do, continuously improving processes, driving performance and staying one step ahead through strategic planning.
- Live and breathe the Ruby Spirit, making sure our style, quality standards and Lean Luxury philosophy come to life consistently across every hotel in your cluster.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
