Cluster Sales Manager – UNO Hotels
Location: London / Berkshire / West Sussex – Multi-property role
Salary: Competitive Salary + Performance-Related Bonus

About UNO Hotels
UNO Hotels is a growing UK hospitality group operating hotels, restaurants, and event venues across key locations in London and the South East. We are looking for a highly proactive Cluster Sales Manager to drive new business and revenue across four of our key properties:

Grovefield House Hotel – Taplow / Windsor
A 40-bedroom country house hotel set within 9 acres, with extensive conference, wedding, private dining, and event facilities. -
The Hickstead Hotel – West Sussex / Gatwick Corridor
A 52-bedroom hotel with restaurant, bar, and extensive conference, banqueting, and events facilities. -
UNO Thames Hotel – Maidenhead
A 37-bedroom waterfront hotel with two restaurants and bars, targeting corporate, leisure, group, and local business. -
Best Western Northfields Ealing – West London
A 56-bedroom hotel in West London with excellent transport connectivity, targeting corporate, project, group, leisure, and extended-stay business.
The Role
This is a hands-on, new-business-focused sales role. We are not looking for someone who simply manages existing accounts and waits for enquiries to arrive. The successful candidate will be expected to actively identify opportunities, get in front of customers, build relationships, and convert business into bedrooms, meetings, conferences, events, weddings, group accommodation, and food & beverage revenue.
You will take ownership of the sales pipeline across the cluster and be accountable for measurable revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new corporate and commercial accounts
- Conduct regular face-to-face sales appointments and local business visits
- Develop corporate negotiated-rate accounts
- Target companies, SMEs, contractors, and project-based accommodation business
- Generate meetings, conferences, training, and event enquiries
- Develop relationships with conference and venue-finding agencies
- Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and group organisers
- Develop contractor and project accommodation business
- Target Gatwick, Heathrow, and West London commercial opportunities
- Generate group, leisure, and weekend business
- Develop wedding, celebration, Christmas party, and private-event business where relevant
- Organise hotel familiarisation visits and client show-rounds
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and relevant trade events
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and structured account plan
- Work closely with hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing teams
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new market opportunities
- Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting rate and profitability
- Provide clear weekly reporting covering activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue

What We Are Looking For
Previous hotel, hospitality, venue, conference, or accommodation sales experience is highly desirable. More importantly, we are looking for someone who is:
- Proactive and commercially hungry – you actively go looking for business.
- Confident in business development – comfortable prospecting, making calls, approaching companies, and arranging face-to-face meetings.
- Well connected – ideally with relationships across corporate travel, agencies, events, groups, contractors, or hospitality.
- Target driven – motivated by revenue, conversion, and measurable results.
- Organised – capable of managing multiple properties, accounts, and opportunities simultaneously.
- A closer – able to take an opportunity from initial prospecting through negotiation to confirmed and repeat business.

Key Performance Indicators
Performance will be measured against clear commercial KPIs, including:
- New accounts opened
- Qualified sales appointments
- Client visits and hotel show-rounds
- New corporate agreements
- Sales pipeline value
- Conversion percentage
- Bedroom revenue generated
- Meetings & events revenue generated
- Group and contractor business generated
- Account production and repeat business
- Overall incremental revenue delivered to the cluster

Corporate accommodation, local companies, groups, leisure, meetings, and F&B opportunities. -
Best Western Northfields Ealing – West London
Corporate accommodation, contractors, project stays, groups, extended stays, travel trade, and West London business.
