Retail Cluster Manager

Location: Woodstock
Hours: 35 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £29,026 per annum

Are you an skilful and dynamic retailer keen to help those in crisis, while taking the next step in your career? As a Cluster Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping our retail shops embed themselves in their local community. Using your local knowledge to truly appreciate customer trends whilst increasing brand knowledge at local level. Can you maximise income for our shops, and manage all resources effectively?

What will a day in the life of a Cluster Manager involve?

  • Directing a team of shops and advising on operational matters to shops in your cluster.
  • Supporting with people related tasks, such as recruitment and assisting with performance management situations.
  • Monitoring KPIs, assisting shop teams to deliver results, driving sales and raising vital funds to help those in crisis.
  • Promoting the shop in the community and responding to local queries about the services of the BRC.
  • Fostering and growing a commercial and customer focused shop, ensuring knowledge of local competition and retail sector trends.

To be a successful Cluster Manager, what will you need?

  • Retail experience at a managing level, outstanding customer service and experience with cash handling duties.
  • Proven management skills, you know how to develop and inspire your team.
  • The skill to translate complex processes down to clear tasks and tailor communications to suit your audience.
  • To care about the British Red Cross cause and have the ability to promote the shop in your area.
