Marketing Communications Manager
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and The Biltmore are seeking a creative, commercially focused, and driven Cluster Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across the hotel. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, public relations, and creating compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive revenue, and deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies to increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue generation.
- Managing all digital marketing channels, including website content, email marketing, social media platforms, and online reputation management.
- Planning and executing promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Creating engaging content and overseeing all marketing collateral, photography, videography, and brand assets to maintain consistency across all channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, tourism partners, and local businesses to maximise publicity opportunities.
- Analysing marketing performance, campaign ROI, website traffic, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations and continuously improve results.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Operations teams to support commercial objectives and drive business across all departments.
- Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.

Essential Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, luxury lifestyle, travel, or related marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience managing PR activities, media relations, and brand partnerships.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and campaign insights.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Exceptional organisational and project management abilities.
- Confident stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
