Job Description
- In charge of setting up the social media strategy and calendar for the hotel
- Develops and executes promotions campaign or posts related to F&B, weddings, rooms, and conferences
- Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities implemented on social medias
- Work with photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-quality promotional content
- Verify the Hotel's website and related websites are updated on a regular basis
- Make sure online platforms reflect the hotel positioning and showcase the property unique selling point
- Partner with the Commercial Director to create marketing plan aligned to hotel sales and revenue strategy
- Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events and promotional activities
- Lead market research efforts to understand competitor strategy
- Keep informed on competitors' latest trends and positioning
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts
