Role Description

The Cluster Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports daily operational activities across a cluster of properties, ensuring apartments are prepared to a high standard and ready for incoming guests.

  • Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance
  • Monitoring inventory and supplies
  • Updating internal systems with accurate booking and operational information
  • Assisting with scheduling and vendor coordination
  • Handling guest queries escalated from frontline teams
  • Resolving issues promptly
  • Providing clear communication to internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to process improvements
  • Analyzing operational data
  • Helping maintain consistent service levels across all properties in the cluster

Qualifications

  • Strong operations and operations management skills, with experience supporting day-to-day property or hospitality operations
  • Analytical skills to review data, identify trends, and support decision-making for operational improvements
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and guests
  • Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving in a guest-facing environment
  • Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in the London area, managing time and priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Comfort with using digital tools, property management systems, and basic office software
  • Previous experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or facilities coordination is beneficial
