We're looking for an experienced and people-focused Cluster People & Culture Business Partner to support and develop our teams across a portfolio of hotels. This is a key leadership role responsible for partnering with hotel leaders to drive engagement, develop talent, strengthen capability, and create high-performing cultures where Team Members can thrive.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to management teams, helping translate business priorities into people-focused solutions that support both individual and organizational success.

The Opportunity

As Cluster People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with hotel leadership teams to deliver people strategies that support engagement, performance, and business success across multiple hotels.

You'll play a key role in developing leadership capability, supporting organizational change, nurturing talent, and ensuring our people experience reflects the values and culture of leaf HOSPITALITY.

Working collaboratively with leaders and the wider People & Culture team, you'll help create environments where Team Members feel valued, supported, and empowered to be their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hotel leadership teams to deliver people solutions that support business performance and Team Member engagement
  • Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management skills
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and career progression across assigned hotels
  • Lead and support employee relations matters, providing balanced commercial and people-focused guidance
  • Use people data and insights to identify opportunities and support decision-making
  • Champion Team Member engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and recognition initiatives
  • Support organizational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and People & Culture best practice
  • Collaborate with hotel leaders to support recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies
  • Promote and embed a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture aligned with our values

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a People & Culture, HR Business Partner, or senior HR leadership role
  • Experience working in a multi-site or operational environment, ideally within hospitality
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and people best practice
  • Experience coaching, influencing, and supporting leaders at all levels
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to use people data and insights to support business decisions
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how people strategies drive performance
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative approach
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
