As a Cluster Reservations Agent you will be ambassador for the Doyle Collection and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests. You will be dealing with the bedroom reservations for The Doyle Collection London portfolio consisting of The Marylebone, The Bloomsbury, and The Kensington. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- To contribute to the profitability of the hotels by promoting hotel services to all existing and potential guests.
- To develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and local area knowledge.
- Complete daily reports such as: Traces, arrival checks in advance, no show and cancellations, proformas, filing back ups, reservations made yesterday, daily task lists.
- To ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing and overall organization.
- To champion LQA, Forbes and Hotel Service Standards.
