Cluster Revenue Manager
Full-time | Remote, United Kingdom | Occasional European travel
About Catala Consulting
Catala Consulting is an independent hotel revenue management and commercial advisory firm working with boutique, lifestyle, and luxury hotels across Europe.
Founded in London in 2018, we provide outsourced revenue management, strategic advisory, and commercial optimization to independent hotels, ownership groups, and hotel operators.
Our Revenue Managers work directly with hotel leadership teams, combining data, technology, and commercial judgement to improve pricing, distribution, market share, and profitability.
The Role
We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of hotels across Europe.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not a reporting-only position.
You will act as the outsourced Revenue Management leader for your hotels, working directly with General Managers, commercial teams, and ownership representatives to make better commercial decisions and deliver measurable results.
You will have a high level of autonomy and accountability, supported by Catala Consulting's wider Revenue Management, analytics, and distribution expertise.
What You'll Do
- Own the Revenue Management strategy and performance of an assigned portfolio of hotels.
- Lead pricing, inventory, restrictions, segmentation, and distribution decisions.
- Run regular revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership teams.
- Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve RevPAR, market share, and overall commercial profitability.
- Analyse booking pace, demand, competitive positioning, channel performance, and market trends.
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations and practical actions.
- Proactively identify commercial opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with General Managers, Sales & Marketing teams, and ownership representatives.
- Collaborate with Catala Consulting's Revenue Managers, analysts, and distribution specialists.
- Support revenue audits, hotel openings, system implementations, and consulting projects when required.
- Build trusted client relationships and take accountability for the performance of your portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
