About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Cluster Revenue Manager to join its growing Revenue Management team based at its London Support Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing hotel brands, taking ownership of a portfolio of hotels across the UK and Europe while helping to drive commercial performance through data-led decision making.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability across a portfolio of approximately seven hotels, whilst also providing holiday and sickness cover across the wider estate.

Working within a collaborative commercial team, you'll combine strong analytical skills with a proactive approach, using market intelligence, technology and revenue management systems to optimise pricing strategies and support continued business growth.

This role is ideal for an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager who enjoys working with data, embraces new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.

Responsibilities

As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of the revenue performance across a portfolio of approximately seven hotels, implementing pricing and inventory strategies that maximise occupancy, RevPAR and overall profitability.
  • Work closely with the Head of Revenue Management, Operations, Sales and Commercial teams to analyse market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Continuously review hotel performance, identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement strategies that enhance commercial results across your portfolio.
  • Utilise Revenue Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools and advanced Excel modelling to interpret performance data, forecast demand and produce meaningful commercial insights.
  • Provide support across the wider revenue management function during periods of annual leave or absence, ensuring consistency of performance across the hotel estate while contributing to wider commercial initiatives and strategic projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
