Cluster Revenue Manager
(Hybrid work schedule: 3 days at the Head Office.)
Turn Data Into Decisions. Demand Into Revenue. Hotels Into Market Leaders.
Behind every fully booked hotel, every smart pricing decision, and every revenue success story is someone who understands how to stay one step ahead of the market.
We're looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager who loves turning insight into action. Someone who can spot opportunities before others do, challenge the status quo, and use data to drive commercial performance across a portfolio of hotels.
This is more than managing rates and forecasts. It's about influencing strategy, shaping commercial decisions, and playing a key role in the success of multiple hotels.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll become the commercial heartbeat of your hotel cluster, analysing trends, monitoring market demand, and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
