This is a total revenue leadership role, not a rooms-only position. We are looking for a commercially sharp, analytically driven Cluster Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across a portfolio of multi-dimensional UK resort hotels.

You'll own performance across every revenue stream - Rooms, Golf, Spa & Leisure, F&B, and Meetings & Events - and work directly with General Managers and the Group Director of Revenue to maximize profit, market share, and asset value.

What You'll Own

  • Integrated revenue strategy across multiple resort properties
  • Daily rate management, inventory controls, and channel mix optimization - with a clear focus on direct bookings, controlled OTA contribution, and segment performance
  • Pricing strategy for golf memberships, spa utilization, function space, and group business
  • Accurate weekly/monthly forecasting, pace analysis, and budget management
  • Revenue meetings with clear, actionable commercial recommendations - not just reporting
  • Data integrity across all systems: RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel managers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
