The Role
You'll be based full-time at either Dunluce Lodge in Portrush or Seaton House in St Andrews — whichever suits you best — with oversight of revenue and rate management across both properties. You'll travel to the other site roughly once a month to stay close to both teams and both markets.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of revenue and rate strategy for both hotels
- Developing and delivering pricing strategies across all online channels
- Managing distribution channels and relationships with third-party partners
- Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and each General Manager to drive property performance
- Acting as a key member of the hotel management team, supporting a seamless, exceptional guest experience
Qualifications and Experience
- You'll need revenue experience in luxury hotels, familiarity with inbound golf markets, and confidence working with PMS systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including health and safety, food and beverage, and environmental sustainability
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
