Role: Cluster Sales Executive
Location: Hybrid Working - 4 Days in our office in Bloomsbury, London & 1-day WFH
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
About The Role
At Imperial London Hotels, we're proud of our rich heritage, outstanding guest experiences, and commitment to developing our people. We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Cluster Sales Executive to join our Sales team and play a key role in growing revenue across our collection of unique Central London hotels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you're already working in sales or have experience in a customer-facing role and are ready to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will support the growth of our corporate and agency business by proactively identifying new opportunities and developing strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business leads and identifying sales opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
- Conducting client meetings, hotel show rounds, networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Managing sales enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
- Developing account plans and sales strategies for key clients.
- Following up on referrals, leads and existing business opportunities.
- Representing Imperial London Hotels professionally at sales trips, networking events and client entertainment activities.
- Keeping up to date with our products, services, competitors and market trends.
- Contributing ideas that help enhance and differentiate the Imperial London Hotels brand.

What We're Looking For
- You are confident, personable and able to build rapport with people at all levels.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating positive business relationships.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer engagement environment.
