Job Description

Novotel London Blackfriars | Novotel London Bridge | Novotel London Waterloo | Mercure London Bankside | ibis London Blackfriars | ibis Styles London Southwark

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Cluster Sales Manager, supporting six leading hotels across London's vibrant Southbank area. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of Accor brands, driving new business, developing key accounts and maximising revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure and MICE markets.

What you'll do

  • Win and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and hotel show rounds
  • Drive revenue across all market segments
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the Accor Sales Network
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Deliver against sales targets and commercial objectives

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • Previous hotel sales, account management or business development experience
  • A proactive and results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
