Job Description

As our Cluster Sales Manager for London, you will take ownership of our sales strategy in one of our most exciting growth markets.
Currently operating one hotel, we are expanding rapidly to four properties within the next 12 months and more in the pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to shape, build and lead a high-performing sales team while playing a key role in our continued success.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating and executing all sales activities across the London portfolio, including client events, networking opportunities and hotel tours
- Proactively acquiring new corporate clients (primarily by phone), leading contract negotiations and successfully closing agreements
- Driving company-wide sales by positioning and selling Motel One to London-based companies, maximising cross-property opportunities as the portfolio expands
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention and repeat business
- Developing and implementing the London cluster sales strategy in line with overall company objectives
- Supporting pre-opening sales activities and pipeline development for new hotel openings in London
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Managers, building a high-performing and motivated sales culture
- Preparing, analysing and interpreting sales reports, tracking client performance, overall performance across the London properties, and your team’s results
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across multiple properties
- Monitoring and analysing competitor activity and market trends to ensure a strong commercial position
- Collaborating closely with hotel operations and senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- A strong sales leader with experience in hotel or multi-property sales (cluster or regional experience preferred)
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to both lead and actively sell
- Proven ability to acquire new business and grow existing accounts
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Be open and communicative and have a positive attitude
