Job Title: CRM Executive (Part-Time)
The Chelsea Magazine Company is recruiting a CRM Executive on a part-time basis to work across our portfolio of 12 luxury and specialist media brands. Supporting the CRM & Email Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering email campaigns and supporting the build and optimisation of customer lifecycle journeys that drive registrations, engagement, and subscriptions.
This role is focused on campaign execution, journey building, and performance reporting. You will work across email marketing, automation, segmentation, and onsite conversion tools to help deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
This role is fully remote with the occasional visit to the London office, you must be UK-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and deliver email campaigns (marketing and partner promotions) across a portfolio of specialist brands using Dotdigital.
- Manage the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring all activity is delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
- Support the build and optimisation of automated customer journeys, including welcome programmes, onboarding, nurture, subscriber retention, and reengagement campaigns.
- Work closely with the CRM & Email Marketing Manager to support delivery of customer lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, registrations, and subscriptions.
- Execute A/B testing across email campaigns to continuously improve performance.
- Maintain a structured test-and-learn programme, analysing performance to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
- Produce regular CRM reports, translating performance data into insights that inform optimisation.
- Support the management and optimisation of onsite customer journeys using Piano, including subscription offers.
- Assist in testing and improving onsite messaging, placements, and journeys to increase subscription conversion rates.

Requirements
- Experience working in a CRM, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing role.
- Experience of working with Email Service Providers (DotDigital, Adestra, MailChimp, or similar) and familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Experience or familiarity building customer journeys and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Experience using segmentation and customer data to deliver targeted communications.
- Understanding of CRM best practice and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality assurance and campaign execution.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Piano or similar on-site personalisation/conversion tools.
