Job Title: CMM Programmer
Location: Northampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
About the Company:
Be a part of a dynamic team working within a modern manufacturing environment, producing cutting-edge components. You'll be quality checking components which are supplied into various sectors including motorsport, automotive and aerospace.
The Role:
- Programming CMMs using Zeiss software, developing and proving out measurement systems and programs.
- You will phase into using Calypso software.
- Collaborating closely with production to resolve technical issues.
- Using various hand inspection tools and equipment to ensure component quality.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation, including First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
- Supporting ongoing improvement initiatives within the production and quality teams.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in programming CMMs using Zeiss or Mcosmos software.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
- An engineering qualification, ideally with a mechanical bias, is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with production teams.
