We're looking for a CMMS Analyst, on a 10-month fixed term, to play a key role in the development, governance, and ongoing improvement of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our asset management and engineering operations, ensuring critical asset data remains accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
Working closely with engineering, maintenance, project, and operational teams, you'll help drive effective maintenance planning, performance monitoring, and evidence-based asset management decisions. You'll also support the successful delivery of asset and system changes, ensuring CMMS updates are governed, tested, and implemented to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities Will Include
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and data governance requirements.
- Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Support the implementation of engineering changes by ensuring associated CMMS updates are correctly controlled and verified.
- Manage the creation, amendment, and removal of asset records in accordance with approved governance processes.
- Administer CMMS user accounts, permissions, and system configuration.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support engineering, maintenance, and asset management activities.
- Monitor and report on asset data quality, completeness, and system performance.
- Produce Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and data quality performance reporting.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, maintenance, and project teams to continuously improve asset information and CMMS utilisation.
- Support the development and implementation of CMMS improvements, upgrades, and new functionality.
- Ensure CMMS processes remain aligned with the Asset Management System and contractual requirements.
- Support continual improvement activities that enhance asset information, maintenance planning, and organizational performance.

What You’ll Bring
- Degree, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience administering or supporting a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Experience working within an engineering, maintenance, or asset management environment.
- Experience producing reports and analyzing maintenance or asset performance data.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles and maintenance management processes.
- Experience supporting data governance and quality improvement activities.
- Experience working with engineering change and configuration management processes desirable.
- Understanding of ISO 55001 Asset Management principles desirable.

- Salary of £40,887 per annum, depending on experience.
