TIS sits at the centre of enterprise treasury — the connective tissue between a company's ERP and every bank it works with. While most vendors handle either the front end (payments) or the back end (banking infrastructure), TIS owns the middle: cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, global payments, fraud and compliance, all in one platform. The numbers speak for themselves: $2.7 trillion in annual transaction volume, $80 billion in daily cash flow managed, 300+ enterprise customers, and connectivity to 11,000+ banking options worldwide.
TIS has been building this platform for over a decade. It's now backed by a leading private equity firm and entering its next phase of growth — with a rebuilt, genuinely international leadership team (US, UK, Germany, Denmark, Estonia) and a fast-moving, AI-forward culture. The product is proven and the market position is strong. What's missing is the story.
The Opportunity
TIS have real product-market fit and a winning proposition in a market they understand better than almost anyone — but they haven't told that story well enough. We're looking for a strategic marketing leader to change that.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This isn't a rebuild-from-zero mandate — demand generation is already working. What TIS need is someone who can operate in the space between brand, content, and GTM strategy: someone who can define category, sharpen positioning, and give their story the strategic clarity the platform deserves. You'll inherit a team of 9, a marketing function that's historically leaned heavily on events (and is actively moving away from that), and a leadership team that wants to experiment more with AI in how marketing operates. You'll partner directly with the CEO, CRO, and the wider leadership team to accelerate a business that's already growing.
- Proven strategic marketing leadership — brand, positioning, and category creation, not just demand-gen execution
- Comfortable operating between brand and pipeline — someone who can talk content strategy and GTM motion in the same breath
- Experience in or around private equity-backed businesses; you don't need to have worked in a scrappy VC-only environment, but you understand how PE-backed companies operate and are measured
- A track record of sharpening the story for a company with strong fundamentals but an underdeveloped narrative
- B2B SaaS/fintech background; deep API fluency isn't required, but a working understanding of CFO priorities and liquidity management will serve you well
- Comfortable leading a distributed, international team
- Experience operating in an accelerating (not turnaround or M&A-heavy) environment — this is a growth mandate, not a fix-it job
