CRM Manager – Finland
We're looking for a CRM Manager – Finland who is to set up, oversee and manage all aspects of the Finnish customer relationship management. This includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships, improving engagement and driving business growth. The CRM Manager Finland will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's CRM functions effectively capture data across various touchpoints and utilize it to provide a high level of service and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing CRM strategies: The CRM Manager – Finland will be responsible for designing and implementing CRM strategies group-wide that align with the overall business objectives. This involves analyzing customer data to gain insights into their behaviour, preferences and needs, as well as using these insights to drive effective customer engagement and retention efforts.
- Managing the entire customer lifecycle journey, from onboarding through to retention and reactivation, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: The CRM Manager – Finland will work closely with other departments such as: Content, Product, Marketing, Casino, Sportsbook, Customer Support, Affiliate team, etc… to ensure that CRM initiatives are integrated with broader organizational initiatives.
- Monitoring and analysing performance metrics: The CRM Manager – Finland will regularly monitor and analyse key performance metrics related to customer acquisition, retention and revenue generation. This data-driven approach helps in identifying areas for improvement, making informed decisions and delivering measurable results.
- Managing the CRM system: The CRM Manager – Finland oversees the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system optimization and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The CRM Manager – Finland will also play a vital role in evaluating and implementing CRM technologies that support business objectives and enhance customer relationship management capabilities.
- Leadership and team management: The CRM Manager – Finland may lead a team of CRM professionals by providing guidance, mentorship and support, which will foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Native or exceptional Finnish and English verbal and written communication skills
- Social and emotional awareness to tailor interactions for individual customers
- Must have a hands-on approach to fit in with company culture
- Extensive product knowledge
- Ability to collaborate well with other team members
- Analytical and data-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks

Practicalities
The position is full-time and you should be able to work from our Malta office. Salary is based on qualifications.
