Are you passionate about websites, user experience, and helping customers succeed online? Do you enjoy combining technical problem-solving with creative thinking? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

About Booking Experts

At Booking Experts, we're transforming the way hospitality businesses operate. Our all-in-one software platform helps holiday parks, campsites, hotels, and accommodation providers manage reservations, automate processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We work with hospitality businesses across Europe and continue to grow rapidly. Our mission is simple: to help hospitality entrepreneurs spend less time on administration and more time focusing on their guests.

As part of our team, you'll join a fast-growing SaaS company where innovation, ownership, and customer success are at the heart of everything we do.

About The Role

As a CMS Webdesigner, you'll help customers create websites that not only look great but also perform exceptionally well. You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in getting the most from our CMS and helping them optimize their online presence.

No two days are the same. One day, you'll be helping a new holiday park launch its website. The next, you'll be working directly with HTML and CSS to improve functionality, implement design changes, or optimize performance.

You'll combine technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset, ensuring websites are easy to manage, technically sound, and designed to drive more bookings. Along the way, you'll work closely with colleagues across the business and contribute ideas that help improve both our platform and the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting customers with website-related questions and CMS functionality.
  • Advising customers on how to improve their websites and online performance.
  • Creating, updating, and optimizing websites within the Booking Experts CMS.
  • Implementing design changes and website improvements using HTML and CSS.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying effective solutions.
  • Helping customers launch new websites and make the most of platform features.
  • Reviewing website performance and recommending improvements.
  • Sharing customer feedback and improvement ideas with internal teams.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve our CMS and website offering.
  • Ensuring websites are visually appealing, technically reliable, and focused on conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Our Origins

Our origins lie with Expert Webdesign, where we developed websites for all kinds of companies, including recreation entrepreneurs. We repeatedly encountered the same problem: the websites were far ahead of the market and competition, but lacked the ability to book a vacation directly through the website. Customers had to contact the reception desk by phone or switch to external booking platforms. We thought this could be done better and more easily.

That's why we sat down with all kinds of parties, such as receptionists, park managers, technical services, cleaners, barrier operators, and management, to identify the bottlenecks from various perspectives. The result was the development of an innovative reservation system that integrates all the essentials for recreation companies. That's how Booking Experts came into being in 2011. Our booking platform has grown to become the go-to platform for holiday parks, campsites, and hotels in various countries.

To meet growing demand, we established our marketing agency Booking Boosters in 2017. This enables us to help our customers increase their online sales and stimulate their growth. Through effective and performance-based marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEA, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Media, we help holiday parks grow and flourish!
