Overview
We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating laser cutting machines. This role is essential in ensuring the precision and quality of our products, contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machine to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assemble, and fabricate components as required by production schedules.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Good time management skills to meet production deadlines.
- Experience with assembling components from various materials, particularly sheet metal.
- Competence in using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
