CNC Machinist
We are the UK’s leading supplier of winter and highways maintenance vehicles, are experiencing continued growth and are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our busy machine shop.
Key Responsibilities

- Programming online and running any of our CNC lathes which include Doosan Puma’s, Colchester Tornado’s, and a Colchester Multiturn using Fanuc operating systems, to meet production component requirements.

Lathe Programming: Create CNC programs for CNC lathes utilizing Autodesk Fusion offline software for the Doosan Puma lathes.

As and when required, you may also be required to use the other equipment within our machine shop, milling machines, manual centre lathe, and radial drills.
Skills And Attitude

Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with the Factory Manager, shop floor supervisors, and machine shop operatives.

Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with a solid understanding of Word and Excel. Familiarity with CNC machines and programming of such.
