🔥 CNC Miller – Permanent Night Shift
🔥 Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a permanent night shift role within a modern precision engineering environment?
📍 Location: Leeds Area
💷 Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 DOE + £50 Shift Allowance Per Shift - £48,000- £51,000 total potential earnings before over time
⏰ Hours:
⏰ Monday – Thursday: 22:30 – 07:30
🚀 The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established and growing engineering business on a permanent night shift.
Working within a precision-focused manufacturing environment, you’ll play a key role producing high-quality machined components while maintaining excellent quality and efficiency standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machinery
- Working with Fanuc controls
- Producing components to tight tolerances
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out inspections and quality checks
- Maintaining safe and efficient working standards
- Supporting production output and continuous improvement
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- A skilled CNC Miller with a strong precision engineering background
- Experience working on 3 & 5 Axis machinery
- Strong Fanuc programming ability
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently within a night shift environment
