Position: CNC Mill/ Turn
Location: Poole
Type of work: permanent
Salary: £44,818 to £47,455 per annum
Working hours: 4 nights Monday to Thursday with flex start and finish

We are now seeking a CNC Mill/ Turn setter to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Poole. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC mill/ turn machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.

Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC 5 Mill/Turn machines with Fanuc controls
- Working on technical engineering drawings
- Working with aluminium and stainless steel
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Ensuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers, and micrometres.
Requirements:
- Ideally, previous experience in setting and operating CNC Mill/ Turn machines with Fanuc or Haas controls
- Ability to change tools and adjust offsets
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential
