Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site CNC Miller role based in Basildon, Essex. The CNC Miller will set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision engine components to exact specifications.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Interpreting engineering drawings
- Selecting appropriate tools and fixtures
- Optimizing machining parameters for quality and efficiency
- Performing in-process inspection
- Verifying tolerances with measurement equipment
- Documenting production data
The role involves carrying out routine machine checks, collaborating with engineers and production staff to resolve machining issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the workshop.
