Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour
Shift: Shift-based (Days & Afters)
An established engineering and manufacturing business is looking to strengthen its production team with experienced CNC Miller setter/operators.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident setting and operating CNC milling machinery and enjoys working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
The Role
You'll be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing components to technical drawings and route cards while maintaining the required quality and production standards.

The role will involve working with machines including Haas, Puma, and Mazak, with responsibilities including:
- Setting and operating CNC Milling machinery
- Carrying out tool, insert and offset changes
- Completing first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
- Working from technical drawings and manufacturing documentation
- Using appropriate measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification
- Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate shop-floor records
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and quality

What We're Looking For
- Experienced in CNC Machining
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to support wider production
- Passionate about producing high-quality parts
- Manufacturing background
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
