A well-established engineering and production business is seeking an experienced CNC Miller to join its manufacturing team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working within a safety-focused production environment, you will be responsible for the operation and machining of precision-engineered components, ensuring quality standards and production targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machinery safely and efficiently
- Manufacture and machine components to engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out quality inspections and measurements using appropriate tooling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to all health, safety and quality procedures

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines
- Ability to operate Mazak control systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing tolerances
- Experience using precision measuring equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based production environment

Working Hours
- Days: Monday – Friday
- Time: 8:00 – 16:00
