Salary: £18–£20 per hour (dependent on experience & ability)
Hours: 39 per week + overtime at time-and-a-half
Location: Tamworth (across two sites)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Role Overview
You will program, set and operate CNC milling machines across 3, 4 and/or 5 axis platforms. Experience with Heidenhain or Mazatrol controls is essential, along with the ability to work to tight tolerances on high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities
- Program, set and operate CNC milling machines (3/4/5 axis).
- Produce precision components to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Confidently use Heidenhain or Mazatrol control systems.
- Perform tool changes, offsets and machine adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts using appropriate measuring equipment.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively across both Tamworth sites as required.

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven CNC milling experience (3, 4 and/or 5 axis).
- Programming experience using Heidenhain or Mazatrol.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
