£35,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Training + Bonus + Overtime + Shift Allowance

Are you a CNC Miller looking for a permanent position in a stable company, offering scope to further boost your earnings through a profit-based bonus, alongside a significant amount of optional overtime paid at a highly generous rate?
In this role you will be setting and operating a range of high-end milling machines, working on a lively and vibrant shopfloor. The machines you will be working on are 3, 4 and 5 vertical axis machines.
This company have been going for over 40 years and spread their success across 4 independent workshops. Priding themselves of their exceptional client and staff retention, working with some of the biggest manufacturers across the globe including NASA, Siemens and Boeing.

The Role
- Setting and Operating 3, 4 and 5 Axis Milling Machines
- Work with a vibrant and cooperative team on the shop floor
Working hours: Double day shifts: Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00, alternative week Monday - Thursday 13:45 - 22:15 and Friday 13:00 - 18:30
