An established aerospace engineering company is looking to recruit a CNC Miller / Setter / Operator due to continued growth and increasing customer demand.
The role involves machining complex aerospace components on modern CNC milling machines in a low-to-medium batch, high-precision environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC milling machines
- Install and set tooling and fixtures
- Produce components to engineering drawings and aerospace tolerances
- Carry out first-off and in-process inspection checks
- Monitor machine performance and maintain component quality
- Complete production and quality documentation

Requirements
- Experience as a CNC Miller / Setter / Operator
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain or similar controls
- Good understanding of tooling, offsets, and machining practices
- Aerospace experience is advantageous but not essential
