Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established heavy engineering business in Leeds, who are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to their team on a permanent night shift.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable manufacturer offering strong earning potential, job security, and a consistent 4-night working week.
The Role:
- Programming, Setting and Operating CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
- Machining large, heavy components to tight tolerances
- Reading and working from complex engineering drawings
- Setting and operating (programming experience advantageous)
- Conducting quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained

Working Hours:
- Permanent nights
- 4 shifts per week
Salary & Benefits:
- Circa £50,000 inclusive of overtime
- Overtime available at enhanced rates
- Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing business
The Candidate:
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Experience within heavy engineering or large component machining
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- High attention to detail and quality
