CNC Operator – Kidderminster
- Salary: £16.00 per hour
- Location: Kidderminster
- Job Type: Full-Time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Kidderminster.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 3-axis Hurco and Haas CNC machines, producing high-quality components to specification while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and quality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating 3-axis Hurco and Haas CNC machines
- Loading and unloading machines
- Setting and operating machinery to produce components
- Checking finished components using measuring equipment
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines

Requirements
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery
- Experience with Hurco and/or Haas machines would be highly beneficial
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Good understanding of CNC manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work independently
