Salary: £12.71 to £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm, overtime available
Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Commutable from: Shepshed, Coalville, Mountsorrel, Barrow upon Soar, Syston, Leicester.
Our client is looking to recruit a CNC Operator for their manufacturing facility based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, to join their manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected, established, and growing business who genuinely recognize loyalty and ambition.
The Role
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Setter / Operator
- Knowledge of Delcam, Alphacam, XMCE, or similar equipment is desirable
- Experience in working with a variety of metals and acrylics would be advantageous
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- AutoCAD experience is desirable but not essential
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and quality

The Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role within Point of Sale, Sheet Metal, Signage, or Graphics
- Competency in all aspects of lasers, routers, and ancillary equipment
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings / job cards
- Able to function in a small team working to time-sensitive client requirements
- Adhering to all health and safety
