Position: CNC Operator
Type of role: Permanent
Working hours: 37 hours per week, double day shift, Monday to Friday
Salary: £31,262 to £37,500 inclusive of shift allowance
Location: Bristol
We are now seeking to recruit 4 CNC machine operators to work for a busy precision engineering company based in Bristol. The appropriate candidate would be responsible for operating CNC milling or turning machines, machining precision components.
Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC milling or turning machines
- Running the machines
- Checking the quality of machined parts using micrometres, gauges, and verniers
- Monitoring operations and troubleshooting cutting conditions
- Performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with team members to optimise production processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience in operating CNC milling or turning machines
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Ideally previous experience of working to technical drawings
- Flexibility to work rotating shift pattern and overtime when required
