About The Role
Based in Aldridge, this full-time CNC Operator position with Pertemps Walsall Industrial offers £18.72 per hour, inclusive of shift allowance. Working an afternoon shift, you will start on days for initial training before moving to the permanent schedule. The role involves operating CNC machinery, machining components, monitoring production, and performing quality checks with various tools. You will adjust tool offsets and feeds while maintaining a tidy workspace and adhering to health and safety policies. Experience with Fanuc controls is required; miller experience and drawing interpretation are advantageous. The contract is temporary-to-permanent, offering 32 days of holiday, a pension, and secure parking. An immediate start is available for suitable candidates.

Duties For a CNC Operator
- Operate CNC machine
- Machine components
- Monitor production and conduct routine checks
- Quality checks using various quality tools
- Adjusting tool offsets and feeds
- Ability to read drawings would be advantageous
- Experience with Fanuc controls
- Experience with Millers advantageous
- Maintain a tidy workspace and follow H&S policies
